Ingredients: coriander, cumin, chili, pepper, thyme, parsley, nutmeg, caraway, turmeric, cassia cinnamon, ginger, allspice seeds, onion, mustard seeds, garlic, cardamom, bay leaves, rock salt... The mixture with the special flair - gives Poultry, meat and vegetable dishes have a wonderful, typically African taste. Also good with rice dishes.
