Return Policy

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Our customers have the right to return the goods in perfect condition up to 14 days after purchase without giving any reason .

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please provide sufficient franking for the return goods and send them as a package (with tracking number) in adequate and secure packaging to YVES Hamburg, Strandweg 5, 25980 Sylt or drop the goods off at our store.

Once we have received the goods in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
